Thanks Estes Custom Homes, we love our new home! We were recently relocated here, moving 4 hours away from all of our family and friends. We spent days, weeks and eventually months looking for the right house. We always kept coming back to Dave’s homes, his homes just had a different feel to them. We loved the charm and attention to detail in all of his houses. I have to say, that we really loved our last home, so someone had big shoes to fill!

As we walked through a model home with Dave the first time it was very evident that he really pays attention to detail and thinks of families and how they operate, putting certain things in certain places to help make a family run smoothly. His homes flow very well! On top of that the accents, colors and detail, we knew we wanted Dave to build our home!

We were able to purchase a home that was framed, so we were able to pick out all of the rest of the things that finish a home. Being 4 hours away I thought would make it difficult, and we are pretty particular when it comes to our home. It was so easy and smooth, thanks to Dave and his wife Sondra! They helped us out with literally everything! Dave was always on top of things and Sondra was so great about sending updates, emailing pictures, setting up appointments, etc.

We would also like to share that at 2 of our different appointments with subcontractors, they were eager to let us know what a great builder we had! They commented on how Dave and Sondra were such honest people, how they built a great home and if they were building they would pick Estes to be their builder. That to me says so much!
