The same commitment Dave and Sondra Estes have had to each other and their family over the last 26 years is the same allegiance they bring to their business.

Prior to his decision to focus on new homes, Dave devoted his enthusiasm for real estate in the management of ten buildings in Corporate Woods.  During this time Dave earned the Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Management designation.  Dave earned a degree in Architectural Studies / Housing Design from the University of Missouri, Columbia.  He has been a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas for over 20 years.  

Dave is a member of the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.  Dave is a licensed Johnson County general building contractor and is licensed to build both commercial and industrial projects.  Dave also serves on the board of the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center and is a supporter of Uplift, a homeless outreach program  providing meals to the homeless.
